Extremely disappointed when I got these! There’s is absolutely no cooling factor with these pillows and they have no support whatsoever. It’s like I’m not even using a pillow!

The loft appears to be too high but once you put your head on it, it cradles there neck and shoulders with the right loft and comfort. The price is great for the quality of the pillows.

A friend recommended these to me because she knows I have a bad neck. My club didn't have them so I went ahead and ordered on line. Glad I did because they are super supportive and comfortable. I didn't think that would be the case because they are tall and thick but they really adjust to my head and neck well. Have had them two weeks and would recommend.

I have been looking for a good pillow at a reasonable price. I hated the thought of spending a small fortune on the MyPillow but I have neck and shoulder issues so I have been searching for a supportive pillow. I figured I could try these out and at least not spend a ton. They have really made a difference!

These are the most comfortable and affordable pillows I have every slept on. I have tried hundreds of pillows over the years. They are either too hard, too soft or wear down too quickly. These are perfect. Comfortable for me, side sleeper, and comfortable for my husband who sleeps on back, stomach, sides.

had neck surgery 6yrs ago and have tried several pillows .even asked my surgeon about pillows. after reading another post from one who had neck surgery thought i would give this pillow a try. I have to agree it has been the best one for comfort to my neck at night for sleep. only 4 stars because I have not had them long enough to say how long they last. I have not had to adjust them during the night, big plus. just the right height and comfort. I am a side sleeper but think most any way you sleep they would be comfy.

I am very pleased with my pillows. i have had them in the past and loved them. The pillows I had in the past were much heavier with much more support. Do the pillows come in different thicknesses and different weights? i like a very firm pillow that doesn't lose its' shape and these are perfect.

Pillow is extremely soft yet not so soft that your head gets completely engulfed when you lay on it. It provides adequate support to my neck to where my spine and back don't hurt in the morning. Disclaimer... I've only had these about a month but I am optimistic that they will continue to hold up over time after continued use and cycles through the washing machine. All that being said, no complaints.

These pillows are fluffy yet supportive. They also wash and dry so we'll they are like new afterwards. I usually throw them in the dryer for a about 15 minutes, on medium heat, every week. About once a month they get a full wash and dry. I do replace them about once a year but at this price it's a very good deal and small price to pay for a good night's sleep.

I received completely different pillows than the original ones shown on the website.
