I loved the pillow when it showed up and bought it because of the reviews. After a few months it became flat, gross, itchy and ugly. If you want something that last more than a few months, don’t buy this pillow. i had to throw them away. I don’t usually do reviews, but I don’t want others to be disappointed too.

I took these out of the box and was immediately disappointed. They were so thick. But I decided to try one out. First, they put your neck at a 90 degree angle. That is equal to walking around for eight hours a day with your neck at a 90 degree angle with some type of continual pressure pushing it so you can't straighten it out. I hoped that my head would sink into but it did not. I slept on it for 30 minutes and woke up with a bad neckache. I knew I shouldn't have slept on it at all but I did not want to have to return them if they might work. So, unless you are in your 20's when you can do just about anything and nothing hurts you I don't recommend them. I just got up from sleeping on it and all I can say is "ouch."

I buy these pillows from the store last year and loved them so much I bought another set. I had to buy them online because the store didn't have them. The pillows I received are not the pillows I ordered and not the pillows in the picture. The pillows I received have different outer material and completely different outer pattern. Even the thickness and softness are different. Sam's please, update your online product pictures. I couldn't under stand why the online pillows pictured were over $5 cheaper then the pictures I bought last year in the store. Now I know why, the quality isn't as good. Cheaper materials, everything about these pillows are cheaper quality. I'm not happy with what I received.

After having neck surgery in August 2017, I was having trouble finding a good pillow, tried the My Pillow which I found very uncomfortable and didn't work. I tried other pillows as well but still no satisfactory from them. Way to hard and neck hurt to much with headaches every so often. Found this one, looked up reviews and all sounded great. Bought it and loved it. Bought 4 so my wife and grandson would have one also. We all love them. My neck doesn't hurt anymore and sleep better. Great pillow for people who have had neck fusion surgery.

Comfortable but hot.

Fabric cover on these pillows was not the same as shown in the picture but I thought they had maybe changed the cover. After one week the pillows were totally flat and when folded in half were unable to spring back again. These absolutely were not worth even the sale price. I figure they will find their way into a pet carrier as they’re sure not worth the energy to send them back. Very disappointed with Sam’s.

I received the pillows yesterday. When I took them out of the box, I could tell they probably wouldn't work. I didn't want to be negative before trying them so.... I had rotator cuff surgery as well as having herniated disk in neck and have to sleep on my side or back. My husband had knee and back surgery so he's uncomfortable, PERIIOD! I have the popular My Pillow and not impressed. I also have a gel pillow which is very heavy. This pillow does not have a lot of firmness if you like a firmer pillow. I find it to be marginally better than My pillow, but nothing to rave about. Still woke up with a neck and upper back ache. I asked my husband what he thought of the pillow and he said..."I threw it across the room during the night. "

We got a 2-pack of these pillows about 6 weeks ago, and are extremely happy with them. They are very economical, and very soft and comfy. They have held their shape so far extremely well. I have allergies, and have found these pillows to be free of any bother thus far. Our 14-year-old son just swiped one after he found out how comfy they are- so I am ordering two more sets of two- and the extra set is going to be a nice, new upgrade for the guest room.
