I love that it sharpens each time when putting the knife back. I didnt have a sharpener before with my other knives so this makes it easier. I am also very happy to have kitchen scissors finally.

And forget about keeping them sharp. I have dreamed about getting some good knives for quite a while. I’m so happy with this self-sharpening set! It’s very sleek and modern looking and the self sharpener really does work! I love reaching for a knife knowing it will be sharp. There is a specific way you side the knives in and out to keep them sharp, but once you get used to it, no big deal. I couldn’t be happier, and since I don’t eat meat, glad not to have all the extra steak knives taking up space!
