I bough this knife set mainly because it was self sharpening and to me that is great because now I have no need to buy a sharpening block. I am able to stick it in the hole and sharpen the knife. I love this knife set

The 8” Chef’s Knife made short order of my veggie chopping! My daughter has been raving about her set of these knives for a year. Therefore, I expect to be as happy with them a year from now as I am on Day One!!!

I like the look of the block and the metal plate that protects the block from jabs and damage. The sheers are nice and sharp and sturdy.

I can't wait to use my new set of knives. Love Henckels products I bought the Ballarini blender about a year ago and just love it.

Nothing is better then prepping for a family meal with knifes that are sharp every single time I use them. That, coupled with the weight of them and quality craftsmanship make them all around Amazing.

The knives cut so smoothly and precisely you have to be cautious when you get too excited slicing away ! I think what I love most is that it always sharpens itself when you pull it from the base holder. I’ve had cuisine art brand and this does not compare at all! Worth the purchase for self or gift to others, i promise
