I usually do not like chopping vegetables but these knives have been making that task a breeze. I have a drawer full of sharpeners so I really appreciate the built-in. I've only had these a couple of months but they make a huge difference in the kitchen. No more dull knives for me!

I use these at home and I have to say they are sharp! They also stay sharp with the "self-sharpening" block. You can always buy the additional knives to make it a full set.

Knives have good weight with a good, solid handle. The design of this particular set is simple and elegant, as well as the self sharpening block. I don’t like when I’m cutting something with a dull knife. The self sharpening block makes this set a winner and sets it apart from the rest.

Sharp, pretty, and the block has a good weight to it but not too heavy. I'm yet to see how the self-sharpening works over time though. The instructions say that it's meant to keep sharp knives sharp, and not sharpen dull knives.
