Backyard Discovery has wonderful, friendly customer service. They helped us track our order and arrange for it's set up. The set up was awesome. They were on time, thorough, communicated aftercare, and cleaned everything up when done. We love our gazebo!

Awesome Gazebo. Word to the wise. Sort all boards and parts first. You will find strong clamps are an immense help when assembling the roof panels. The time estimate might be possible If you do this for a living. It took four of us the best part of a Saturday plus part of Sunday to assemble. Make sure you have a good cordless drill and impact driver plus three 8 foot step ladders. The end result exceeds expectations.

Really love this gazebo! Absolutely beautiful. Assembly took much longer than the 10 hours. We organized all items in advance and set items out in numerical order to help make the process faster and easier. That process took 2 people 4 hours alone and I'm not including that in the 10 hours. The boards were not all labeled and very difficult to read. Many boards severely bowed and cracked, but the manufacturer says that is normal and not replaceable. That made final assembly of roof very difficult. Instructions were hard to follow at several points. The instructions on the video on the Bilt app were different than the paper instructors. It says assembly should take 2 people 10 hours. It took 4 adults with building experience twice that. You definitely need at least 3 people to lift the roof panels. Once it is all done, it is beautiful! Just be prepared...get enough help...and give yourself plenty of space, time, and patience.

This is a very solid gazebo. I love it! It did take an experienced person about 14 hours with a helper to put it together. Pieces were well marked but mixed in 6 different boxes so it took time to find needed parts. Extra hands were needed to lift the roof pieces into place so as not to scratch the pieces. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied.

What a great gazebo! Very solid and well designed. Every pre drilled hole lined up and there are many many bolts and screws. Took me about 24 hours to assemble this in the garage and another 2 hours with help to install the roof panels. I down loaded the manual and read it many times before I received the gazebo which made the job much easier. Very pleased with this Gazebo!

Overall, very happy with the Gazebo. Definitely worth the little bit more than buying the small 10x10. Very skilled at assembly of items and this Gazebo took a lot! We had 3 people and took a solid 10 hours. Literally around 1000 pieces with screws, fasteners, brackets and actual item. Be prepared. Definantely want an impact drill to screw in large screws and for connecting brackets and sheet metal roof assembly. There were 3 metal pieces damaged in deliver...roof cap and metal roof side cladding. I will be reaching out to the company for new pieces. Delivery was not very impressive. Driver only had himself so I had to help lift off the truck.

Follow the instructions very carefully. Have all required tools and an organized assembly area. Have at least 3 adults for placing roofing sections in place. The gazebo is awesome. We have had it up for a week and spend every night enjoying our new peaceful place in our backyard. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this 14X10 Barrington gazebo about 1 month ago. It was delivered in excellent condition. I had 1 roof corner ridge cap that was bent and did not realize it until I came to that instruction since it was wrapped in plastic and stacked. However, I put that ridge cap in the back of the gazebo so it can't be seen. The gazebo went together very well. The cedar was all in very good condition and all the holes were in the right places. The roof was the biggest challenge. I put the roof sections up with the help of my wife and daughter. My biggest challenge was the ridge cap channel. The roof sections did not come together like it should have for smooth insertion of the ridge cap channel. One roof section is higher than the other and the channel could not be properly installed - it comes out on one side about half way up the roof so, I added some extra screws to make it hopefully stay. I would have given it a 5 star if the roof ridge channel went smoother. I placed this gazebo on 4 cement pads that all went 45 inches deep beyond frost line. I sealed the gazebo with oil based sealer which went on very nicely.

shipping went well they were able to unload the gazebo onto my trailer so I could take it to my cottage to put it up. For the most part the instructions for assembly were clear with a couple of minor exceptions. It did take two of us way more than the 12 hours stated in the directions (closer to 30 hours) but it went quicker as time went on. Overall a good experience to build and it looks great finished.

I am very happy with the 14x10 Barrington Gazebo and the excellent and friendly Customer Service they provided me! Missing or needed parts will be provided free of charge and in a timely manner. If you are DIY person, make sure that you have help because it's bigger than you think.
