This has only been up a few days. Product packaging was great, nothing damaged and no missing parts. You definitely need 2-3 people to assemble. Heaviest lift is the roof sections. All of the pre drilled holes lined up very well with only a few exceptions. Quality of wood and assembly brackets are very good. I can see why this has an excellent wind rating.

We purchased this through Sam's Club. The main reason we went with this brand is that it is rates for 100mph winds. The other brands were farliwe, often only in the 40mph range. We live in Florida so this is especially important. My husband built it largely by himself, got some help from a friend to lift certain sections. The one downside is that there are no accessories sold specifically for this model, such as a bar counter or screen kit.

Assembled this gazebo mostly by myself, with 3 helpers to lift the roof panels into place. The printed instructions are very well written and easy to follow. I had a few questions during the build and customer support was wonderful.All the parts fit together nicely and are high quality. Great product overall and everyone who sees it is quite impressed.

Installation took a lot longer than we expected. Instructions were so so and we did use the app BILT with step by step walk through which helped us in some situations. Installing the roof panels was definitely the hardest and definitely needed some extra helpers at that time. We are definitely very happy with the Gazebo and have spent many hours enjoying family time under it and look forward to many years to come.

This is a great gazebo but very difficult to assemble. I had 4 other guys help my and it took well over 10+ hours. Also the App is great but in some spots it dosen't allign with the printed instuctions. I highly recommend the product but I also recommend paying someone for assembly and delivery.

When I bought it I was concerned about some of the reviews that damaged/missing parts and that the instructions was not easy to follow. I found that to be further from the truth. It is sturdy and the instructions were simple. For the most part, I put it up by myself and had the wife's help for the roof in about 2 days.

Guest want to get one for their entertainment pleasure. I would definitely purchase again. Very sturdy and looks beautiful.

And best of all it came with easy to follow instructions and every pre drilled hole was exactly where it was supposed to be and add to that every screw bolt nut etc was there. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this in June and we utilized it all summer long. We put furniture, bar and tv under it and lived out there. The only thing that we added that we didn't have an option to buy was a gutter system. If this option was available I didn't see it and would definitely use it.
