[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Gazebo to cover my hot tub. The Gazebo looks great and I have received several compliments on it. The wife loves bot the look and the additional hot tub use with rain and cold (surrounded with curtains in cold weather). Instructions were fairly clear and it was more or less easy to put together with only a little bit of confusion or potential misalignment of pieces. The only assistance I required was lifting of the roof panels in place, with the 14' sections requiring 3 people. The only real problem I had was that a few cement anchors snapped while attaching to the concrete columns even with a impact driver....bought a new set from Lowes that were a little thicker to properly secure. I did have to slightly modify by cutting about a foot from 2 pillars as the area is on a slight hill. My neighbors that helped with the roof panels, were pretty impressed by the quality of the gazebo. They could see how sturdy the gazebo was, how the pieces were fit together close up, the weight of the roof, etc. basically the things you don't see from far off looking in someone else's back yard. I do not normally submit reviews, but there was a chance to win...so that is why incentivized review is marked, but everything I am saying is true, I am just lazy :) This is a great product and I am very happy to have purchased.

This gazebo was just what we needed to fully wnjoy our back patio!! We built it ourselves and you defeinlty need three people at minimum for putting the roof pieces up. However all the direction on the paper and the Bilt app, were clear and easy to follow! Highly recommed!

This piece is beautiful but took a long time to assemble. The instructions could have been a little more helpful instead of minimal pictures. Overall it was a good experience putting it together with my family in town! It's something we will cherish.

Got a quote from a contractor for a 10x10 gazebo and was quoted $14,000+. We found this and for the price it was worth a try. There were some very slight imperfections on the wood when arrived (from shipping co.). I was able to assemble mostly everything myself. Lifting the roof panels definitely requires 3 people and ladders for each. We bought this as part of building our dream outdoor kitchen. We've had the gazebo for 9 months now through rain and wind and blasting sun, and it still looks brand new. We are very happy with the purchase and for the price you can't beat it!

I bought this a few weeks ago and we are in love with it. Our back deck is all sun and it is too hot to spend time out there. We bought a few cheaper quality gazebos that didn't last and decided to get a high quality one this year. We were highly impressed on the quality. Delivery updates were provided and it was delivered on time. The delivery persons were courteous and handled everything professionally. The directions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, extra screws are provided if you drop or lose one and it was overall easy to put together. We were concerned about putting on the roof pieces, that they would be too heavy-but they were not. My husband and I were able to lift them into place easily. We needed to contact the company regarding an error my husband made with the screws. Customer service was great and they put the screws in the mail promptly. This is a company that stands behind their product!! I would recommend this product to anyone.
