I brought this 20 x 12 gazebo and it was installed 1 week ago. We are loving our new gazebo and can't wait to get outdoors and entertain with our family and friends

First bit of advice is don't print using dark ink on a clear plastic bag when the contents of the bag are the same color as the ink. Second, the manifests detailing what each box contains should all be accessible without having to open each box. This would allow people to strategically unpack things and organize them. I just started assembling today so I will update the review as I progress.

I've had this gazebo for about a month now and it is by far the most superior gazebo you can buy right now. The stain, wood quality, and metal materials are stunning. The heat rejection in the 90+F sun is great!!! This build is very strong and feels absolutely solid. Now the building process... first of all, delivery is super expensive but I understand why. It's VERY heavy. I didn't want to spend more so I opted to build it myself. With the help of my wife, and 4 other family members, we were able to finish it in 4 afternoons. It is a lot of work. The process is quite simple due to all the predrilled holes. But the sorting all the materials, drilling in hundreds of screws, lifting the roof up to the top... the instructions say 2 people are good but I think that's if you're a professional. Make sure you have people that are willing to dedicate time to help. BUT it is all so worth it. It's beautiful. Just make sure you get clear oil to seal the wood! I wish i had done it prior to building it (you need to do it to stay in warranty) but I realized afterwards.

It is not only well made, but is beautiful. We have added. TV, lights and an outdoor fan. Our back porch has become a whole new “ room” to enjoy.

The directions were clear and detailed. We have received many compliments on its appearance from our friends and neighbors. We are very pleased with the price compared to hiring someone to build one from scratch. We highly recommend this kit.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. My wife and I with some assistance from the grandson were able to assemble this in one weekend. The instructions were very straightforward and components were mostly manageable from and assembly and with perspective. Yep we utilized the grandsons strength and height to get the roof assembled and in position. All within our expectations and abilities. It adds some beauty to an already beautiful view.

I needed replacement parts on 2 items. I spoke with Payton and she asked what I needed and where to send them. How great that is where I was not challenged on what happened. It is rare today to talk to da friendly and helpful customer service agent who I'm sure is reflecting the attitude of the entire company. I would highly recommend products from Backyard Discovery.

Mind you, I'd been researching cost, style, and overall ease of assembly for a really long time. I found this one and we pulled the trigger! Perfect we think. We live were we get a lot of wind and snow and so far it's held its own. So do all of our neighbors, friends and the delivery guys. Absolutely love it. It's beautiful and looks like it will last a long time. Very highly recommend.
