I saw this Gazebo on display at Sams Club and I had to have. It's well built, tons of space and the power/usb outlets is by far the best feature. My backyard is the talk of the neighborhood!!! I added some lights to it and made it even more cozy! Don't hesitate!!! BUY IT!!!!!!

We bought the 14x10 Cordova gazebo. From purchase, to delivery, to resolution of a broken piece in shipment…customer service was excellent. In fact, it reminds me of the “good ole days”, when you were actually able to speak with a live person by phone who cared, resolve the issue or provided info and after the call, made sure that what was promised actually happened. The shipment comprised of 6 boxes, all well packed and contents marked. The delivery team (three guys and a truck) went out of their way to accommodate delivery up a steep driveway to the house. Now, we decided to tackle this project ourselves. For two folks in the mid 60's, we took our time and followed both the instructions in the manual, but mostly relied on the online video, which was excellent. The only challenges were…placement of the four roof panel onto the structure. Even with 3 men, it was a challenge. No way, two people could have done it. The second challenge was that while most all of the pre-drilled holes lined up, the sawdust residue inside the holes prevented a clean installation of the structure hardware. We ran a drill bit thru the holes as we went. After installation of the power port, we decided to go ahead and install a ceiling fan. Are we happy? You bet we are! From start to finish, this is a first class company to do business with. If you don't have the time to go thru the process step by step, or don't care to read and follow the instructions (which will take you longer to complete), then purchase the professional installation package. But, if you are like us and have lots of free uninterrupted time, this is a fun project to tackle together. Please look at our photos!

We purchased the product in March, however it took forever for the professional assembly team to get us on their schedule. The wood seemed to be a little worn in some areas. Not sure of the build quality 100% The product itself looks great. I'm looking forward to many evenings under it.

Absolutely love my gazebo now that it is together. Assembly however was extremely challenging. There is probably 100 pcs of cedar boards and 500 plus screws and other parts. The markings on the boards are small and faint on the ends of the board. It took me two hours of unboxing and relabeling each board with painters tape and a permanent marker. This up front work saved many many hours searching for parts. It took quite a bit longer than the suggested 3 people/10 hours. You need at least 3 strong people for the roof assembly but the more the better. The end result however is an excellent quality gazebo that I believe will last a very long time. This is much nicer than the ones you typically see in the big box stores. My husband did say he would hire out assembly if there was a next time, lol!

Glad we read all the reviews and advice. It all came in handy! It took my husband and I longer than some but we took our time. We had every piece and extra. Hanging the roof was definitely a 3-4 person job because it was heavy. The only hiccup was putting it close against the house but we worked it out. It's a quality gazebo and hopefully well built by us.

This Gazebo has been an absolutely beautiful addition to our backyard outdoor patio! I could not LOVE it more! It arrived in several boxes and was packaged very carefully! All hardware was labeled and easy to find! The assembly does take some time however, the app (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) was tremendous! It was step by step instructions with CLEAR directions! This avoided any confusion with assembly! Again, the app is fabulous! The roof panels were in excellent shape and easily assembled however, you will need at least 3 strong men to lift and hold the panels in place in order to assemble the roof! It took about 2 days from start to finish (we completed assembly in a weekend). Once we finished the gazebo, my husband went the extra mile and used pavers to create a pillar around each post. We added solar lights and bought a round table with 6 chairs to complete the space. I absolutely LOVE this gazebo and how it turned out! The quality of all the pieces is superb! I highly recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gazebo has been up for the past 3 weeks and it's been awesome. It's added to our outdoor living space plus we added several other items to it to make it even more enjoyable: outdoor speakers, outdoor fan, outdoor lighting, and outdoor furniture.

My husband and I are newly retired and decided that this Gazebo would be our first handyman project to begin our retirement with. The Gazebo instructions ALONG with the app worked very well. We were able to put the Gazebo together in about three days. We only needed help on the fourth day, when we installed the roof panels onto the Gazebo rafters. We were very impressed with how sturdy and strong the structure is. We had looked at other gazebo kits and most of them do not have wooden rafters. We think that this Gazebo Kit is top of the line and highly recommend the purchase of this kit, you will be thrilled!!!

This gazebo is well engineered and awesome for our patio in Florida. There are a lot of parts and can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning but follow the instructions to the tee and it all comes together nicely. Allow plenty of room to work and put all your hardware on a big table. Being in Florida I did add additional support by installing 4x4x8 post with 30" in concrete and used 5" lag bolts at the bottom and at 5' high.

Just purchased a 12' x 14' Barrington gazebo and used two friends to help me assemble it. The job only took 1 1/2 days. All components were per the item list. The assembly went extremely as all holes lined up perfectly. The only thing is that I would have preferred a darker cedar color. I will attempt to stain it next week.
