Very comfortable to stand on in bare feet. You notice the stain relief immediately when you step on it. One in front of the sink and one in front of the stove. The edges are beveled nicely.

I perfect coloring for my kitchen. Looked everywhere and finally found the sizing and coloring that I wanted!! The cushions are the perfect comfort level. Couldn’t have found a better product to fit my wishlist. Thanks Sam’s Club!

Great product. I put outside my shower since it is waterproof and the colors match the tile great. It's soft and quality made. Has a somewhat slick surface but Im totally satisifed

Looks nice, but is very difficult to clean. In fact I haven’t figured out how to clean it. You cannot wet it because it soaks up the water and takes too long to dry. It stains easily. In a high traffic area like the kitchen it is a very bad choice.

I ordered the Espresso Scroll. It's shown in the photos as a dark brown with scroll. As soon as i opened the package I could see it wasn't what I ordered. Instead of a dark espresso color, it's an ugly rust!! Unfortunately, I have to schlep this back to Sam's for a refund. The reason why I had it delivered with my order is because it's heavy and difficult to lift. I won't be ordering this one online again

We've purchased these Member's Mark anti fatigue mats previously %26 really like them. Needed to replace due to normal wear %26 tear (had for long time - high traffic area in kitchen). Ordered 2 of the white diamond pattern on greyish taupe background ones (shorter version). There's weird lumps %26 bumps of different sizes (feels like debris) under the permanent covering of the product (clearly was manufactured that way). That would be really uncomfortable to potentially painful to stand on w/ bare feet. Plus, some felt like had sharper edges, which physics of standing on them %26 applying pressure could easily result in whatever that is poking through plastic covering. That would damage mats %26 could be safety issue if pokes or cuts bare feet. Also 1 arrived open %26 damaged, because packaging wasn't secure enough. Both mats will be returned %26 we'll be purchasing elsewhere until Sam's Club addresses product safety %26 quality issues w/ whomever is making these mats for Member's Mark now. Really disappointed w/ this version of product.

I really liked the kitchen mat. It made standing to cook very comfortable. The reason for the bad review is I picked up the mat to wipe it like I have done every week when I clean the floor but this time it was stuck to the floor and a piece peeled off and stuck to the floor. I bought 2 of these in July. They feel great when you are standing in the center of the mat, but when you step off to the side, as I do when cooking, the uneven edge causes me to twist my ankle. I tried to avoid the edge, but when I'm standing at the stove or sink, I'm not looking down, so after repeatedly twisting my ankle, I'm thowing them out. Also a little water from a spill went under the edge and caused the black backing to stick to my tile and come off the mat.

I have ordered this mat twice in gray. I have the same mat in a different size & wanted this to match. Unfortunately - each time I was sent a brown/tan mat. The first time, I first checked that I had ordered the correct color (which I had) so I assumed that the person pulling the order had made a mistake. The second time, having received the same mat, I asked the person at the help desk at my local Sam's club to check why I was being sent the wrong mat. She was extremely helpful & finally said that the number that I had ordered has the tan mat (not the gray mat) listed. She gave me the toll free number to talk with a Sam's club representative to see how/if I could order the gray mat. Today I called the number. It was a very long wait time. I had to explain the situation several times. I was on the line with the initial representative for a long time as she would put me on hold to double check things. Finally she said that she saw the problem but it wasn't something that she could fix. She again put me on hold to speak with her supervisor. I had to again explain the situation to the supervisor who suggested that I order it again & see if I got the right mat. She disagreed with the others who said that the wrong number was associated with the product on line. She said that there was nothing more that could be done; that it could not be guaranteed that I would receive the item that I had ordered & there was nothing to be done to rectivy if. I asked to speak to somebody who could help me rectify the situation & was told that the person who I was speaking to was the "end of the line." On a positive note - return was simple at the store except for the long wait at the service desk both times that I had to return.

I gave these mats five stars for several reasons — the excellent price, comfort, and lightning-fast delivery. I wasn't sure I'd like the color at first, but once it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The design isn't busy; it's simple, modest, and elegantly understated, which makes it even more appealing.
