Do not believe the delivery date when you order. Their 3rd party service for delivery & setup might be great but I don't know because once they received it I still have to wait 2 more weeks for install. The date isn't great for me but if I don't take that date it pushes off another 4 days before they have a delivery option. Yeah me! 2 more weeks of laundromat visits. If I ever receive I will update on actual washing machine performance.
Horrible product and service
We bought this two months ago and have nothing but issues from the beginning. LG delivered a damaged washer and tried to cover the damage with a black marker. We requested a new one and it took weeks to get the new one. When they delivered the new one, it didn't work right out of the gate and it has been horrendously painful trying to get a new one. Sam's keeps passing the buck and saying that they can't do anything about it. The new washer would only steam our clothes on very high temps no matter what we did. We were concerned about it ruining our clothing. Today, the washer stopped working completely. We now have to take our clothes to a laundromat until we finally get our replacement. It has been weeks and the delivery company keeps scheduling a new delivery but then cancels and says they don't have the washer yet. Don't buy appliances from Sam's and I would stay away from LG appliances.

very bad product! no customer service
purchased this machine two months ago, and the door gasket is already wearing out. When I contacted LG, their representative claimed that detergent was the cause—though I have no idea how they determined that. I typically buy my detergent from Walmart and own another identical machine, purchased in August, which is working perfectly. I don’t understand how detergent could affect only this machine and not the other. When I insisted that the issue was due to a faulty washer, customer service offered to send a technician but said I would have to pay for the visit. If that’s the case, what is the LG warranty even for? Since I’m still within the 90-day window, I’m hoping to return it to Sam’s Club.

I just wanted to come here to say i bought this washer and matching dryer a couple years ago to replace my hideous Speed queen. This Lg washer and matching dryer has been the best set i have ever owned! Im a 59 year old women and had had several new sets through the years.

Good machine that should be reliable
I bought this washer and a new dryer to replace my 15 year old LG machines. There was nothing wrong with the old machines except for some rust on the top. I thought it was also leaking water which stopped when i properly cleaned out the filer mechanism. It has required no servicing. The new machine is pretty much the same as the old one. The new machine works well and I have no complaints except for trying to hook it up to the app which is difficult. Looking forward to trying out the cold water wash cycle which is different from simply using the cold water setting. Based on the performance of the old machine this one should be great.

CHEAP!
This is an extremely cheaply made product that I would not recommend for anyone. LG needs to be ashamed of themselves! This washer is well overpriced, and no wonder LG only provides you with a 48-return window because they are fully aware that you will have issues with their products. If you stand by your products, then your return window should be 1 year!!!

LG = Dog Poop
The washer and dryer are subpar. They didn't clean well and have had multiple issues. The current issue is that it no longer has the Normal or Heavy Duty cycles working on the display. This is the second issue with the interface board, and I will be glad to avoid LG products in the future. The dryer, but it leaves clothing damp as well. This set get the "avoid if you can" rating.
