I bought the AB-1200 unit for my man cave and the look and size were perfect. I had the unit about a year and compressor went out. Was still under warranty and customer service helped me out right away with replacing the unit and taking care of me.

I love this! It keeps my drink cool and lined up perfectly. I like that it doesn't make so much noise or take up so much space. It's really a good product and what it stands for

We purchased this fridge to store beer and some tall wine bottles in our basement. Stuff that usually takes up too much room in your kitchen fridge. It's worked great so far and is convenient.

We are using it for a kitchenette and it's very convenient. Racks are adjustable which makes storing bigger items very easy. Looks cool with the glass door and the interior light on.

Fridge has been great. Four months after purchase, it stopped working due to a faulty temperature sensor. Newair customer service has been great. Just disappointing a part stopped working after 4 months.

Used for sodas and beers, kids love the ease to go in and out of for drinks. One issue witha sensor and ew one was sent right away. easy fix, took a total of 5 min to replace. 2nd issue resolved in less that 5 min and new unit on the way.

Love how many cans it holds! Keeps them nice and cold as well! Also customer service was incredible! The fridge stopped cooling after 9 months and they sent me a new fridge with no hassle.

Good product, I think I received one but with a faulty cooling system. On max temp, the cans weren't cold enough. Customer service has been helpful though. Hopefully next one works better!

I bought this fridge and after a week it started freezing up ,,called the warrenty department and they were very receptive, took care of the problem and sent us a new one right away!

I had a minor problem understanding the fridge manual for the settings, but with the excellent service customer service provided they help me figure it out.
