I like the size and layout of this beverage fridge. It's perfect for storing a variety of sizes, from protein shakes to iced coffee to beer cans and bottles. The shelves allow for multiple configurations to optimize use within the fridge. The unit has been very quiet - I currently operate it in a basement with plenty of space on each side. It is a very stylish unit and would fit into just about any decor, from kitchen to finished basement. I also want to compliment NewAir's Customer Support - they have been extremely quick and responsive to my questions and needs.

Worked good for just shy of a year then completely died. Then customer service to get a new part has been a nightmare. I wanted to buy the part out right. But they have been making me jump through hoops for them to cover it. I needed the piece two weeks ago. My business has now suffered because of the delay and I had to buy another fridge to make up for it.

We purchased ours last year and we love them. I am a beer drinker so it keeps my beer at a perfect temperature and doesn't take up a huge amount of space. Also purchased one for non-alcoholic beverages for my husband and he is pleased with it as well.

Bought this fridge last year and when we emailed them about some issues we were having, they responded and resolved our problem very quickly. Customer service is incredible and they'll make sure that you're taken care of. The fridge itself looks and works great in our home office. Perfect size and the interior lighting is a plus.

My Son has been using this cooler for quite a while. The fridge has kept all his craft beer chilled nice and cold. Recently ran into a problem where the compressor has gone out...not to worry, through great customer service has promised to issue us a new one no questions asked! We use this product as additional storage for beer and soft drinks. We've loved the product so far, however, it suddenly stopped working after 8 months of use. Luckily it's covered under warranty and customer service has been able to support with replacement.

We use our fridge in our basement req room. I absolutely love the amount of room in this unit. I have been able to fit so many beverages in here. Also had a hiccup with a temperature sensor and the customer service agent was incredible about working with me to get it replaced.

We followed the instructions exactly as far as waiting to plug it in and turn it on, it was perfectly level and not enclosed in any way. From the start it was very noisy. The unit is in the basement, in the back, and we could hear it running before we opened the basement door. We called customer service. They were not all that friendly and after the first phone call, they did not respond to our emails unless we followed up. Very disappointed as it is a nice looking refrigerator but we are returning it for something that is quieter.

Bought the NewAir to store drinks & free up space in our fridge & we love the adjusting shelves & that it holds so many drinks & keeps them nice and cold! When it stopped cooling, I reached out to customer service & Miguel was very accommodating & did his best to get us a replacement cooler although it had been a little over a year since we purchased it. He was responsive, understanding & professional which tells me they care about their customers and back up their products. Definitely recommend getting this NewAir beverage fridge!
