We have two of these refrigerators. We have had one for several years and no problems. One we bought for Christmas 2020 for our teen and by April the temperature sensor went bad. I contacted the company and they sent us a new sensor. All good now. Customer service was quick to respond and helpful.

Stopped working after 4 months.

We bought this fridge thinking it would be perfect for additional drink fridge at our condo. The fridge was large enough for all the different beverages and worked well for a couple of month. We are not there every week and went back after the holidays to find the fridge not working. It has going been 4 months and the unit is not working. I can only imagine what the warranty department is going to say.

Good product, great price

The cooler is quite big and fits a lot of items. I used it for water bottles and cans too. There are a lot of shelves that can be taken out if not needed. I purchased this to fill the void where the dishwasher was and it is tall enough, but a little skinnier. I gave only 4 stars because the shelves make the bottles tip over once they have more room to bobble around. However, when the compressor was running, it made a swishing noise. Like the small freezer that I purchased I thought that the freon/coolant would eventually settle down and the noise would go away. Unfortunately, the noise was becoming louder, so I had to return it. I see from other reviews that another person had a similar issue, so I am assuming that this is a fluke in some units. I'm sorry that I had to replace it because of its usability and great price, but I'm hoping that I'll find something to fill the gap ...

Looks beautiful, but it works like crap.

It runs *really loud* even though it often completely stops cooling beverages. Sometimes drinks feel completely lukewarm days after putting them in the fridge. Cooling is also inconsistent through the unit. Some drinks will freeze while others are warm at 4 out of 7.

Disapointed!

I bought this for my husband a few months ago, unfortunately it does not cool down to 34 degrees as it states on the description it barely reaches 40 even on the lowest setting. I am so disappointed because we could not return it as the window for eligible return had past so we ended up donating it instead. I am still shopping around for a new one if anyone out there has any suggestions?
