On my second one of these units now and still the same issue. Had to return my first unit due to not cooling properly and constantly making very loud noises straight out of the box. Customer service was great in dealing with the issue with the first unit, however after keeping second unit boxed up due to move now to finally Un box it and put it to use, only to find out a month later that this unit has the same defect. I am starting to believe it is a manufacturing defect with this model and am hopeful that I can return this unit for a different model.

I bought this on June, 2020. I was very satisfied with it, until recently. It suddenly shutdown, may be having some technical difficulties. Anyway, I contacted the seller and Ingrid was very quick in responding and processing a replacement immediately. Also, i was provided with free return shipping. I'm a single parent and struggle, so I really appreciate the assistance. I highly recommend for purchase. I love to have it stocked for my kiddos.

We have very much enjoyed this mini fridge! It has done exactly what we needed it to do: keep drinks cold for our kids and their friends. We especially like that it holds so many drinks and that the shelving can be adjusted for different kinds and sizes of drinks.

I have had this mini fridge for about 8 months now and I love it! It is used in my breezeway for adult beverages. It holds a decent amount of beers, spiked seltzer's, and wine bottles. My favorite feature is that the door is see through so guests can see beverages easily.

We bought this unit last year and it has been great! Its the fridge we have in our basement and its a highlight of the entire downstairs! There's tons of capacity in it and the coolest part of the unit is the light inside. When you turn it on, it lights up the room. So cool.

This is a great looking fridge we had an issue. I was able to get a hold of a representative within two minutes, they asked for simple pictures and screenshots of my purchase to replace the whole unit. They assigned one person to me and they emailed me back before the end of day. Not excited about it cutting out quickly but they knew what the issue was right away and the light was a pre warning to the sensor which is also a smart design! Newair has integrity and can be trusted with your purchase..

I searched a lot for a fridge that's not big in size but one that can hold a good amount of cans/bottles and this was perfect! It does not take up a lot of space but can hold a great volume of cans and bottles! Perfect for a small home bar to have a nice cold beer!

This product came with the house I bought and there's plenty of room for cans, bottles, wines, and more! The temperature censor went out before a year but New Air was kind enough to send me the replacement part at no cost when I reached out to them. It was much appreciated. Makes me interested in more of their products for my next purchase. 4/5 stars only because the part not working longer. 5/5 stars customer service!

I got this product in October and the shipping was fast and secure. I was impressed by how safe the product is during shipment. It's very sleek and looks great in the dining room. I think it's very sturdy and well constructed. It holds a lot of product too. Happy we got this, it saves a lot of room in our fridge!

Purchased this a few months ago and we love it. It is compact so can fit anywhere! And the amount of cans for this small size is perfect. The ability to reconfigure the shelves helps when adding wine or champagne bottles. Things get cold quickly. We turned an unused, awkward room into a pantry with industrial shelving, this fridge finished off the project. We get compliments all the time and everyone loves the fridge!
