It doesn't last very long in our house, it has quite an authentic taste, that pleases the family very much, we serve it for a quick snack at lunchtime.

Tried these for the first time today. I cooked 1 in the microwave & 1 in a convection toaster oven. On the package they recommend baking in oven & I agree. The pastry on the 1 from the microwave was doughy but the 1 from the toaster oven was light & very flaky. There was just the right amount of filling to pastry &, since I like spicy food, the heat level, at least for my taste, was just right. I'll certainly buy them again.

Nice flakey crust, so easy and quick to prepare in microwave with the individual crisping packages. Great flavors, spicy is not too spicy, but just the right amount of flavor. These are not small, they're enough for a quick on the go meal. If you've never tried these, it's truly a treat.

I LOVE Jamaica. Obsessed. I’ve gone multiple times in the last year. My favorite things are beef patties, also rum & boom but haven’t quite found that here yet LOL! SO yummy! These are DELICIOUS, love I can make them right at home! I’m glad I stumbled upon these! Only take 2 minutes to cook and are so dang GOOD! I have been eating them for every meal and can’t stop thinking about them lol!!!

These are the closest thing I have found to real empanadas from home! They are great because you can keep them in the freezer and just pop in microwave when you want one. Only disappointment is that Sam's Clubs do not regularly carry them. It is a hit and miss thing!

Pretty good but I wouldn't say very authentic. I was excited to find spicy beef patties locally but disappointed by the lack of spice. There is a hint for sure, but would hardly call it spicy, especially when considering typical Jamaican spice. The pastry is nice and flaky, not bad over all for a frozen pastry. I would purchase again due to the fact there aren't other options in my area.

My husband loves these and grew up being able to purchase them individually at local convenience stores. Occasionally, he'll have me grab a box of these from Sam's Club and they never last very long in our house. This is the best value on these and this brand is my husband's favorite. I have tried other brands from other stores and he has not liked them.

I tried these at sams club since they were having samples and I thought they were delicious. I have never had any Caribbean or Jamaican food before and this was my very first time. My bf and I really like these but the only downside to it is that it smells really strong when you heat it up. I don't mind the smell but I cannot stand it after I'm done eating and I also clean my microwave with Clorox right after I get done because the smell stays in there and it is just way too strong.
