I use this product for weight loss and weight maintenance. I have stuck with this product because it tastes awesome by itself and mixed with other ingredients. I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch, once in a while for both. For dinner I will have a healthy balanced meal. I use it to make copycat coffee chain drinks too. I save money and avoid the high calorie/fat drinks. There is no funky aftertaste with these vanilla shakes. Out of all the ones I have tried, and there were a LOT, these were by far the best.
