They are just as good in the larger sizes! They stay on great. With my toddler on the move all the time it's important for the tabs to be strong and not easily come off. These work great! She wore one to bed last night. Though it was very full this morning, there was no leaks! They are very soft and she seems to be very comfortable in them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had very sensitive skin during her newborn days, Pampers were one of the only brands that didn't cause a rash. Now at 18 months, we still use Pampers frequently. Upon opening, they seem very thin and like they wouldn't hold up very well. But I can attest, they hold up great! My daughter can sleep through the entire night and not leak through. I also think she prefers how much thinner they are than many other brands we have tried. We love Pampers!
