Great bang for the buck for the amount of protein and overall calorie count. I am on a cut right now, and these shakes have been beyond helpful.

If I wait until I'm hungry to decide what to eat it takes the edge off and gives me about an extra hour or longer to figure it out.

This is a great protein option. We prefer the taste of the nutritional shakes, but this is still good.
