I mix 1lb this with 1/2 lb Italian  Sausage and Country gravy mix works great for biscuits & gravy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sausage 2 weeks ago, sliced it and cooked some of it yesterday!  The taste was not good as usual.  Almost no taste at all!  Can't read all the lot number, but 89600720  Today the uncut log is grey in colour and smells.  Not very happy with and no plans to buy again!
