Nice little treat for a party, I used them for a Bridgeton themed party turned out so cute and they are delicious. They also held up pretty well a couple of days after the party in the refrigerator of course.

The cheesecakes were superb! Just enough for a small gathering. Each cheesecake is more than enough. We ended up splitting them among friends because they are so rich and tasty.

One of the best Cheesecakes ever! The cheesecake wasn't too rich like most. It also had the perfect level of sweetness that blended well with the fresh blueberries!

We live these mini cheesecakes. They are the perfect size and you feel you are eating healthy because of the fruit on top. The fruit os great and always nice and ripe.
