I use these buns for my business. I buy the buns the day before I serve them, and I usually have to throw away 2-3 buns out of each pack because they fall apart when I open them. Also, i run into the issue of one side of the bun being slice way to thin. So when I open the bun, it will tear. I wish we had another choice of bun to go to in the store, that has the same amount of buns.
