I feel like the watch that I received was already opened before I got a chance to open it, it was not sealed properly and the paper that protects the watch itself was already broken. Also the band that was given to me was for series 9. Can I get a replacement? This is a gift for my dad.

Product arrived in pristine condition within two days of ordering. It was fairly easy to set up and pair with my iPhone. There are dozens of built in customizable watch faces. The loop band is difficult to use at first; it's less than intuitive. But after watching an instructional video, I started to get the gang of it. The device tracks your physical activity, sleep, and other vitals. Many iPhone apps are automatically linked to the Apple Watch, allowing it to display notifications and provide limited interaction on the device. You can use Apple Pay for contactless payments without picking up your iPhone.

I am delighted with this product and highly recommend it.
