I started drinking coffee at the age of 2, (mostly milk&sugar). My mother allways bought Folgers, and now it is the only coffee you will ever find in my kitchen. Coffee makers come and go, but no matter what fad maker I am trying today, the coffee will constantly remain Folgers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste is impeccable and has such a rich flavor without being too strong! It smells amazing especially when brewing, I usually use 1 tablespoons with 6oz of water, it make the perfect amount! I love that it is sealed for freshness and you get a very good amount for the price.

Newly purchased can of this has clogged my coffee maker. It is ground finer than previous ones and now won't go through my drip coffee maker causing it to overflow. I have used this for years and same pot, same filters. I tested the coffee maker with straight water and the coffee maker works fine. I tested coffee and it just fills up and won't go through the grounds..

While dating , my now wife, Kris made us some coffee one morning. It smelled so good, I tasted it and loved it, its all we have drank at home for over 18 years , All coffee's are NOT the same, I start each morning with a couple cups, and usually pour one for the way to work, never bitter, but a full flavored , hot , and enjoyable flavor to savor.I want to try more flavors , but I know we LOVE CLASSIC ROAST ...It is "The best part of waking up"

I am usually the first one in the office, so I start the coffee. We have a coffee club and have had people bring in different brands. I don't care what anyone says, Folgers Classic is number 1.....it seems to be everyone's favorite because when I make it, it disappears fast.

I have to say that Folgers is by far the best and smoothest tasting coffee around. I drink coffee everyday almost all day and love the flavor of the Gourmet Supreme Blend. This is very competitive in price even not better. This coffee has a lot of character definitely worth a try.

I’ve been buying Folgers for many years, but something’s gone horribly wrong. Brand new can of coffee…smelled & tasted like burnt tires ! It was the most disgusting thing I’ve EVER tasted. I thought I’d maybe gotten a bad batch. Bought another can…same thing ! I’m switching to another brand. Thanks Folgers for a few good years, but never again!

I’ve been drinking the classic roast k-pods for years and love it! Last week I bought two twelve packs of the pods from a large retailer like I usually do, but have the same problems others have mentioned regarding taste and smell. It’s a horrible smell and it seems both boxes are affected. I would like to buy more but am worried I will run into this again. I’m hoping there was just a bad batch shipped out and that this isn’t going to be an issue going forward. I miss my morning coffee!

I was doing my usual shopping for Folgers 48 oz Classic Roast and found out the size reduced to 40.3 oz and at higher price. Also, I understand the reasoning was because Folgers found a way to roast beans differently to get more out of less. What??? That means classic is no longer classic but special roast instead. Folgers changes the roast, reduces the size, and charges more. What a disappointment. I hate to but I am changing brands after 50 years. Enough already.

I've been using Folgers long enough to remember several kinds of Can, even the rascals that took tools and patience to open properly . Freshness was/is the key, though, and the steel cans were the absolute best for that, but maybe not so great in other ways. The new Red plastic cans with the handle are neat, but once the seal under the lid is peeled off & removed, the lid doesn't always fit tightly. I've taken to buying the little10.3 Oz cans to maximize the freshness of my open coffee.. Even Filling my larger can with one of those at a time. Also, I like to make my own blend of Folgers by using two large scoops of Classic and one scoop of The Darker Columbian to customize. The cans, however, all look very similar, and my wife finds that stores mix the stock poorly on the shelf resulting in that she occasionally buys me the wrong blend for my home mix. It's all good ., because I like 'Em all, but it would seem to be a no-brainer for Folgers to put different colored lids on the various blends. No more errors in stocking shelves or filling my Coffee Order . Just Sayin' ....
