Getting expensive

Play it off all you want that you didn't change anything as you can see by the posts people noticed exactly what you did. I've always paid the more expensive price for Folgers because I love the Brew not now I will be searching elsewhere you guys just shot yourself in the foot

I have drank Folgers for over 20 years and now it is just gross. Crap flavour, crap consistency, and as bad as the no name stuff you can get for half the price (yes I noticed you doubled the price over the past couple of years!) I gave 2 stars instead of just 1 because I am feeling generous today. Good bye Folgers!

Yucky! I used to think Folgers was the best smelling and a pretty good tasting coffee, but I just bought a can and it smelled like chemicals right out of the can, and it tastes like super bitter chemicals. I feel like I'm drinking road tar-flavored water. Not sure what happened, but this seems consistent with all the other recent 1-star reviews. They must've had an oopsie at the plant and don't want to admit it, or quality control has just gone to pot.

Coffee

I used to get up in the morning looking forward to having coffee but lately something is different with it. It’s just not as good or half as good as it used to. The coffee taste like cigarette butts and ashes and no, I do not smoke. They have to be adding something to it because it Same the taste is not rich like it used to be. I’m very disappointed in folders and I’m gonna have to find a different kind of coffee.

My family used to love the Folgers Columbian Med-Dark ground coffee - just as my grandparents/parents did. Now they don't even make it and what they sell is bitter, acidic and not smooth or flavorful at all!! Bring back an enjoyable, smooth, full-flavored coffee that isn't bitter!! We keep trying it, but with the price increases, we're now looking for a brand who will provide what you no longer do.

I remember when I was a kid my mom would open the coffee can and it would smell so good and then the aroma would kick off when brewing and would make the whole house smell good. It tastes so good too. Well I'm 41 years old and now and Folgers is garbage. You open the coffee and immediately you're hit with a smell of burnt coffee smell and it tastes just like it smells... burnt. I'm so So disappointed.

Normally I would give Sam’s five stars. We just received the last portion of our order, which was four boxes. One box had four containers of coffee and Johnson’s shampoo. One coffee had completely exploded in the box and one other one had lost its seal. When we open the box, the coffee grounds went all over our kitchen besides, having coffee on the other stuff in the box, a mess. I love being able to ship product to our home since we live two hours away from a Sam’s club, but this was ridiculous. I appreciate Sam’s as they did replace the two coffees and the consultant was very good. We also had three boxes of ice drinks and two of those boxes, the ice drinks had broken out of there containers and were all over the box. We didn’t bother counting to make sure everything was there. Just disappointed with the shipping method. We ordered coffee before from Sam’s Club and they’ve had tape on the top cap or they’ve been shrink wrapped, but this time nothing to stop this from happening. . .
