Hello! I am 57; I started sipping coffee from my grand father's saucer when I was a tiny girl. I don't even know how old I was. It was time we shared together daily. But, whenever I smelled the coffee brewing, I would come running. I can remember accidentally bumping him, spilling some of his coffee on him. Someone fussed at me, I said, "sorry" and kept heading towards the coffeepot. Until this day I still love that "just brewed smell" and I have a cup every morning. "THE BEST PART OF WAKING UP IS FOLGERS IN MY CUP"!!!!! LOVING IT!!!!! Sharon

I started drinking coffee when I was 22 yrs old. That was Folgers coffee. I am 64 years old and I STILL drink Folgers.... I drink a little Pepsi now and then, I drink Folgers all day and night.... Thank you for such a GREAT drink. :) My Mom and Dad Grand Parents, and Family Love it. Thank you again.

This is not the same coffee. The package is different, there is less coffee in the container (check oz’s) And it tastes like watered down cheap coffee. Did they think we would not notice. Why would I keep paying full price for a cheaper, tasteless coffee? It is not the same coffee.

I started testing different coffee during the Korean War . After several different types i decided on Folgers. SO , u might say i have been a user for 68 years. "There has never been anything better then Folgers " I will stake my live on it , every day at breakfast, and if i have had a stressful day, I will have a cup 1 hour before going to bed. Been drinking Folgers all of my life. In the last 2 years, the quality has declined. The last 12 month it has affected the taste directly. I have had to return 3 canisters of Classic Roast to the store and will not spend my hard earned money on their product any longer. The flavor has changed from a delicious, full bodied and toasty flavor to a bitter flavor. Sorry, but to the social media folks using the "this is not the quality we want our customers to have" copy and paste replies, this will not work with me. The issue is financially based; sourcing has changed to save thousands per year. Processes in the roasting and storage methods have also been adjusted to accommodate a cheaper bottom line. I have several family member that work in both risk management and process review for JM Smuckers, they have told me they are dissapointed wwhat top officials have done to not only the Folgers Line, but seveal other top product lines in the name of saving money. Shame on you.

I've been drinking Folgers for 50 years now and have never found a better coffee. I've been to the best restaurants around the country ( most of them use Folgers as well) and even tried other brands while I lived in Seattle but none has ever been able to compare to Folgers. I end up giving other brands away unfinished and go back to drinking my pot of Folgers a day.

I have never been happy with the Folger's Classic. It has always, to me, had what I can only describe as a musty taste. I was convinced to try it again by my wife, as it is her favorite, and we put the Keurig away due to cost. I am still unable to drink it in my preferred manner, black-n-bitter, as that taste is still pervasive, but I can handle it with Italian Sweet Cream creamer. Other varieties of Folger's I do enjoy, in particular the 1851 Pioneer blend/roast.

I have been buying Folgers Classic Roast for about a year now. I used to drink their biggest competitors coffee but tried Folgers and thought, Wow! This is awesome coffee. My husband and I drink a lot of coffee day and night and we both really enjoy Folgers. It's my brand now. No need to try any others.

ever since i was a little boy i drank Folgers coffee.When i went to Iraq to work ,there was no Folgers.I came home on r&r and when i went back there was Folgers IN Iraq. I did share with soldiers and co=workers and LIFE was great.The BEST part of waking of waking up is FOLGERS in YOUR CUP.

I’ve been a loyal Folder’s customer all my adult life. I’m sure many would have agreed that Folders coffee has always been superior to other brands—until recent years, that is. Lately we’ve found that we have to add more coffee to get the same great taste we’re looking for, and at first I’d blamed it on my coffee pot meeting the end of its life (a Bunn coffee maker). I went out and bought a new Bunn thinking surely this will fix the issue, never thinking for a second that a trusted brand like Folders would do something like that to its loyal consumers. The new Bunn didn’t make much difference, of course, and I began to suspect it was, in fact, Folders’ recipe. They’ve changed it, no matter what they want to tell us. It seems like there is some type of filler in there now, and for a brand that costs as much as Folder’s, this is unacceptable, obviously. We’ve since changed brands. We hope that in the future, Folders corrects this, but we do believe that they will have lost a large piece of their following for breaking folks’ trust the way that they have.
