I literally love everything we need to baby proof our home. Even when we step out of the room we know our baby is safe. They have the door knobs safety thing that goes on a stove so no way they can be turned on, the plug outlet, the cabinet locker! Saves time and helps keep things in the same area with out having to move things from one place to another so bay don't get into it. The complete set up is definitely worth the money!!

I got this for my bestie who is adopting a baby and is a first time mom. I used this same kit for my own home so I knew I already loved it. Seemingly overnight my daughter went from complete immobility to full speed crawling. My husband and I knew we had to secure our home to protect our daughter, and fast. Enter the home safeguarding set. It came with a variety of home safety items, which we loved, because we definitely needed more than one type of item. It's a great kit when you have a variety of places around the home you need to keep the baby safe from. One item keeps them out of outlets, one out of doors, one out of drawers, etc. It is much better than the products that only keep baby safe from one type. I would definitely recommend purchasing this item, and will be recommending it to my family an friends as well.

I like the variety included in this set. it helped us get a lot of the baby-proofing done that we needed to do as our little one turned one. She is especially drawn to outlets, so the covers were a very good thing to have. The lock for cabinet doors is also great; it's difficult for a child to undo but easy enough for an adult, and it keeps the doors closed more than the latches do, so it's better for the more dangerous cabinets, like under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The latches are good for other cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. She is able to pull them open slightly, but not enough to pull anything out. The only issue is that she sometimes gets her fingers pinched if she tries closing the cabinets or drawers again, but she's learning not to. The only issue with this kit was that all of the doorknob covers are too small for our doors, which I thought were pretty standard. We couldn't use any of them and had to buy different ones. I still think the set is worth it and would make a good gift for parents-to-be!

The outlet protectors and the door knob protectors are good, but the cabinet door protectors are not big enough to work with my cabinet handles and the drawer locks came with nothing to attach them to the drawers I either have to buy my own screws or 3M strips.

I was unable to use the door handle locks as we have lever-style door handles so i can't review those. i also can't review the cabinet door locks since it our cabinets don't have handles. everything else seemed very cheaply made and we aren't going to continue to use any of the product. the drawer latches were very irritating to install and use, plus our daughter is only ten months old and can't reach the drawers yet. the outlet plugs seemed very cheap, like the kind you read about that you spent use because if a baby gets a hold of one and chews on it it could become a choking hazard.

These days, small hands, quick thinking are what we need to keep little ones safe around the house. You have the right attachments for every door, drawer, light and plug in hole blocking devices that will protect children from accidents that might happen in the home, to the most curious of children. The door knob protectors and the drawer stoppers were great... the other ones that were supposed to keep double cabinets closed, let’s just say they were useless. They didn’t fit my cabinet under our kitchen sink, which is the whole reason why I wanted them to begin with. And the cabinets they did fit? My two year old had them off before I even walked away. I would buy the set without these double cabinet holders if you want to actually spend your money on the things in this kit that actually work.
