Never Received, No Member Services

I ordered two for my daughter. I got the email from SamsEV@e-deliverygroup.com within minutes. HOWEVER, when I try to redeem (view digital gift cards) I get ”404 Not Found". I have never had this issue with digital gift cards but I will be cautious about ordering them from Sam's again. 😡 The "member service representative” link gives me the same error. I have tried several different ways (phone, computer, different browsers).

Gift Card invalid and wasted money

I would give it a zero stars but couldn't through app. The gift card didn't work and wasted money.
