Never Received, No Member Services

I ordered two for my daughter. I got the email from SamsEV@e-deliverygroup.com within minutes. HOWEVER, when I try to redeem (view digital gift cards) I get ā€404 Not Found". I have never had this issue with digital gift cards but I will be cautious about ordering them from Sam's again. šŸ˜” The "member service representativeā€ link gives me the same error. I have tried several different ways (phone, computer, different browsers).

I would give it a zero stars but couldnā€™t through app. The gift card didnā€™t work and wasted money.
