It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. Thank you for putting out such a wonderful quality product.

Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.

The first night we slept on the new Stearns and Foster mattress I slept all night long for the first time in a long time! My husband loves a firm mattress and I like a softer feel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has negatively impacted my quality of life by giving me ongoing back pain, interrupted sleep and exhausted days. This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.

If anyone is interested in purchasing a Sterns & foster you will not be disappointed I look forward to going to sleep every night. The mattress is incredible. The mattress changed my life. I love my mattress. I look forward to going to bed at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy. The mattress is way to firm for a medium mattress. I now have to buy a soft topper mattress pad because it is too firm. Never buy without first trying it. Since i had previously bought two it didn't seem necessary. Not bery good help online. The only thing i love is the appearance.

This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.
