No support and goes flat as soon as you lay your head on it. There is hardly anything in it. Ive had hotel pillows better than this

The pillow has good loft and has enough fill that it provides support. I have used the pillow for over a month with no feathers poking though the cover.

I can see why these aren't stocked in the Sam's stores: I would never have bought them if I had seen them. They are flat, with no filling to speak of. There is more down in a vest. Than in these things. These can't really be called pillows. A down pillow that is as full as the one in the photo would weigh about 2-3 pounds. These weigh less than a pound.

I have had these pillows for just over a month and 1 is almost completely flat and the other on it's way. I am not a heavy person and I don't ball my pillows up, I sleep on my back and when a pillow goes flat in that position it is pretty much useless.

This is the BEST PILLOW. LOVE IT
