We installed this on a low, sloped ceiling, and it works very well. Love the simple design.

The fans are very sleek and generate plenty of air.

Easy to install, good air movement. Purchased for covered porch.

While the fan assembly may be damp rated the blades are compressed wood materials and not suitable for humid environment. Will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hunterfan-Cassius 52 inch ceiling fan can either be used outside or inside, I choose to use it inside and we love it. I was easy to install and took no time at all to put up. The air flow is better in the area we put it in and the kids stay cool now when they are playing.

Bought 2 black & 1 brushed silver. The wind blew super hard causing fans to hit the brick and chipped the blades on the silver fan. I couldn't believe the blade was actually made of some cheap wood and covered with "weather resistant" material. Quite disappointed in this but they look great hung. Hopefully I can oder just the replacement blades vs the a whole new fan

I installed two of these ceiling fans on a covered porch (11’ by 18’ by a ceiling only 8’ tall) and after getting them installed, the fans on high speed did not seem to move as much air as I thought. The website specs list 4397 CFM, while the outside of the box lists 2982 CFM, which is like 2/3’s of the air listed in the spec’s. Because if this, I will need to take these down and put something else up in their place, because high speed seems like low speed.
