Upon opening and trying to connect it was apparent that I was operating a *used* pair of headphones. They will not charge or hold a charge and come up on my device as someone else's headphones. Highly disappointed as these were an enormous splurge for me!

Absolutely love these headphones. They are top-of-the-line the best headphones that I’ve ever had. The mic is great. I can’t hear any exterior noise and all the little knobs were great.
