I used this pork roast for Momofuku on Christmas Day. The meat is well marbled but doesn't have too much fat, which I appreciate. It's cut very well and I didn't have to trim anything off of the fat cap. The meat stayed moist and delicious after roasting for several hours. The price wasn't lower than the supermarket sale price, but Sam's is more convenient so it was worth paying the few cents more.

This was my very first time cooking this cut of meat. Made for pulled pork. Slow cooked it for ~12 hrs. Came out very juicy. Seasoned to taste, it was quite delicious.
