Dissatisfied Customer

My mattress and box spring was delivered 06-13-24. Serta sent a 5" box spring instead of a 9". The mattress is not level. You sink down on the side I am sleeping on, and it is firm on the other side. I am very surprised at my experience since the reviews are so good. I would like to have a representative from Serta to examine this mattress. Also, when I talked to customer service, they tell me to send pictures via email. I do not know how to do that.

Not white glove delivery. Disappointed

1. Plastic was ripped in corner causing mattress to be dirty and frayed in that corner and also allowing the penetration of outside odors. 2. Threads coming out of mattress. 3. Not white glove delivery. Drivers reeked of cigarette smoke smelling up my house and new mattress. Did not bother to where shoe coverings. I wish I would have had them leave it outside the smoke smell was so bad.

Upgrade from old Sleep Number

I have had the Delfino queen firm mattress for two weeks. I went from a 12-year-old Sleep Number to this. I am happy with the mattress. I wonder if I should have gotten the medium instead of firm, but it may have been too soft. The mattress works well with an adjustable base. I feel like I am sleeping better, and my spine is straighter. It was on sale so that was a plus. Delivery was good. I would recommend this mattress.

Not firm or supportive enough

Grateful for the delivery process, I'm currently in a warranty claim process to get a refund. Was very nice and firm at first, was a comfortable sleep for about two months. The bed is sagging on my side and this happened fast for a $1,000 mattress. I've tried rotating the bed regularly and it doesn't make a difference. I have a slender body style and weigh 170 lbs. I feel disappointed because I really wanted to like this bed.

it's been only a week but my anxiety is going up I can't move freely. i don't recommend anything that has memory foam. it's hard to explain, i purchased the medium its much more firm, then I expected, but yet it sinks in and then it makes it hard for you to turn while sleeping, Even the wake!!!

Mattress Feels Great So Far

It was delivered today and upon initial comfort and feel, it's great! It's also a beautiful mattress with the color and pattern. My last mattress lasted 8 years, so I'm hoping this one lasts longer with the medium firmness.

Unhappy

We purchased this mattress about 6 months ago with box springs. The mattress was supposed to be firm and seemed fine for a while. Now it already has cupping where my husband and I lay. I DO NOT recommend this Serta UnPerfect Sleeper.
