I bought the MICHELIN® CrossClimate®2 tires for my car after reading about their impressive performance in various conditions12. I have to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase. These tires are amazing! They stop shorter than other tires I have tried, both on dry and wet pavement. They also last longer, which is great for saving money and reducing waste. And they handle well on snow, which is important for me living in Northern Ohio. I feel safe and confident driving with these tires, no matter the weather. Fitted these to an AWD hatchback, mostly driving in the Bay Area with frequent ski trips to Tahoe/mammoth during the winter. These tires exceeded all winter driving expectations, pushing through blizzards and snow covered roads as if a true winter tire, through record snowfall seasons. Matched with a basic awd system, these tires inspired snow driving confidence, never once having to chain up and driving through roads covered in multiple inches of snow. They also performed well during the summer and wet. If you’re looking for a single tire solution for snow/summer and switching tires doesn’t make sense for you, this is your tire.

Have had the CrossClimate2 tires on my Toyota Venza for 6 months now. They have performed very well in dry, wet and hydroplaning conditions. They have also been excellent in both deep snow and heavy slush conditions. I do find that they kick up more road spray and are slightly noisier in the wheel well than my previous Michelins, which indicates to me that they are clearing more water/slush out of their footprint on the road. Fuel efficiency seems to be the same as my previous Michelins.

I purchased my Michelin CrossClimate2 Tires a couple months ago and I am extremely pleased with these tires. I have used many Michelin tires in the past on many of my family vehicles but this is my first car with the new CrossClimate2 tires. I have recommended Michelin tires to other family members and plan to purchase Michelin tires for other cars when needed in 2022.

I purchased the Cross Climate 2 tires a couple of months ago. I installed them almost as soon as I got them. The tread looks like it can be an aggressive pattern, but on the highway the car is as quiet as can be. Turning is responsive as well in dry conditions. Living around the Poconos, there are many twisty roads. I can't wait to see what these tires can do in the snow. That was a major reason for the purchase.

Bought CC2 to replace OEM tires on Subaru Outback after dealer tried to sell different brand with MAJOR markup. Traction (particularly in snow and ice on slopes) and road noise are dramatically better with these tires! Definitely worth slight cost increase, and would buy another set without reservation.

Research, reviews and tests were mixed on the cross climate 2 but I bought them anyway. They are not the worst tires I have ever had but not anything like the Yokahama Parada Spec X I took off either. They are good in rain, haven’t driven in snow yet but they are rated high for snow but my issues with this tire is on dry tar. No changes to vehicle except new tires. The car wants to wonder now. It is difficult to keep it going straight at any speed. The car feels squishy on dry tar now. Doesn’t feel stable anymore. I don’t track my mileage but the car seems to drag now so I suspect the mileage decrease complaints are probably correct. The tires do make noise at times. Mainly on dry tar with the windows open and you are stepping on the gas. You must over inflate these tires to increase the stability. I run 40 psi in front for better steering but it helps only slightly and that may wear them out prematurely. The bottom line is that there are a lot of choices in tires no need to put up with the negatives of these tires.

I had Michelin Defenders for my Honda Ridgeline '17 (bought in Oct 22) they too were smooth and as I spend most of my time on the highway, they lasted a while. Now got the new Cross Climate 2 and I was impressed !! The tires are amazing, quiet, smooth and the truck handles a lot better. I would highly recommend them.

Waiting on Winter. They look good feel good and the promise of mileage to come is appealing. Living in Canada the true test will come with Winter. Previously lived a couple of hours north of Toronto and changed to full winter every year, now in Oakville and banking on CC2s to deliver a solid safe rain, slush and snow performance.
