I am always cautious of breaded fish as I have previously had compressed fish patties hidden in the breading. This is not the case with Aqua Star Crunchy Breaded Flounder. The pieces are real fish fillets. The instructions were based on oven preparation. I used an air fryer. and I was very pleased with the results. The coating was crunchy and delicious while the fish was moist and tender. I am happy that I had an opportunity to try this product!

One piece of fish was just the right size when served with a side and salad. The breading was crispy out of the oven, had a nice flavor and wasn't too thick. The fish had a mild flavor. These flaky fillets came out of the oven perfectly seasoned and surprisingly crunchy for an oven baked product. I served these with homemade tarter sauce and can't wait to enjoy them again on fish night next week. Highly recommended!

I have bought these several times as they are great for a quick tasty dinner or lunch. The fillets crisp up beautifully in the oven, and with a sprinkle of salt, a squirt of lemon juice and a nice salad, makes a great meal.
