I have bought these pillows for years and they were great. Last ones I bought went flat very quickly. I washed them to refluff them like I always have before, one doubles in heighth and the other went flat can’t use either one. Very disappointed

After only a couple of months, all the stuffing was wadded up and split into 2 sections, and on one of them the end seam split. Although relatively cheap, it's still $20 in the trash.

Just bought one pack in store. The quality is definitely worse than the one I bought before pandemic. The corner of one pillow doesn't have enough inserts. Sewing is rough. The only thing increased comparing to 2 years ago is price. LOL

I read all the reviews before purchasing these pillows. I don't understand what all the hype was about. These are the worst pillows I've ever slept on. They were flat in less than a week. I do not recommend this product at all.

I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This is definitely not a hotel pillow. Its almost useless unless you sleep on your side.. or you like sleeping with your neck bent at a 60 degree angle.

The Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection had a smooth soft cover.These Hotel Premier Collection have a rough cover that can be felt through a pillow case.Dont know why the changes were made to a previously great pillow.

Bought these pillows for years and loved them. They were of great quality, lasted so long (literally 12+ months)! I just bought new ones a month ago, and they’re already flat/lost support and need to be replaced. Very disappointed.

When my Daughter received the pillows, 1 of the pillows was busted open at one end and the fiber filling was spilling out. They were not expensive enough to send back.

I bought these pillows before... they were luxurious, soft and fluffy... now they are hard and feel cheap. I don't recommend these at all and pillows aren't really a thing you return so I'm stuck with them

These aren’t the same good ones as they used to be. They are extra fluffy at first, that it’s hard to put a pillow case on, and then, after a few months they become a pancake. Horrible!
