Softer than expected. This is subjective based upon the individual but because of size I thought would be firmer.

High quality, just the right amount of firmness. These are very thick pillows - all our king-size pillowcases could handle.

I got these for my special needs son .they are still puffy and dense did not go flat after one use like so many other pillows.I absoulty love these.
