I ordered ON line for Queen and King size; and says it is in progress and delivery LAST Thursday; dah! Still waiting and says at Shelby location out of stock but in stock in Madison Heights and other stores. WOULD like you to take effort to either Fill my order or tell me to shop elsewhere for Firm Pillows. You also don't show when I purchased the ones from you the last time.

The Members Mark brand from Sam’s Club is legit. These pillows are huge and fluffy, the bath towels are amazing, and the sheets are superb. I used to waste my time waiting on sales at department stores and clipping coupons, but no more! I’ve been a Members Mark convert for 3 years and I’m never looking back. My bed looks like something out of a Hilton or Marriott advertisement.

I have purchased these three times over the past years. They have always been very comfy from the purchase date to the day they were thrown out. To my surprise the pair I just threw out was thinner than the new pair. I am not sure what to think of that but it does not matter to me.

Was excited to get a pair of these pillows for a good deal. They feel soft, fluffy and comfortable. A week in the seams on one side ripped off and exposed the enteral material. Took out the sewing machine to sew them back together. Should have just returned or exchanged them. Maybe I got a bad batch???

These pillows are sooo thick!!! Honestly I can’t sleep on them, however I place it slightly under my back while I’m on my side for support. Other than that it is too full and won’t even sink in for me to sleep on it. I thought it would be thick but soft and plush like hotel pillows. No!

I’ve been buying these pillows for a couple years, and they were great! Just bought a couple at the end of September and the seam on the end is now very poorly stitched on the new ones. After one night of sleeping on the pillow, the end busted open. Won’t be buying these anymore…

Returned. First, these pillows are so over-stuffed that it’s like resting your head on a cement slab. I figured I would suck it up and use them for shams or something. The second thing and complete dealbreaker was one of the finishing seams popping open and stuffing coming out.

I have been buying these pillows for the last five years or so and have always been pleased with them until this last purchase. I bought 4 this time and one of the ones I got was almost completely flat (although it didn't look like it in the package). It's possible I just got a "bad" one, because the others seemed fine, but I've read several other recent reviews that were similar so it sounds like there could have been a sacrifice in quality to keep the price point low.

I am extremely unsatisfied with these pillows. They feel nice, but after pulling them out of the package I smelled mold. I'm extremely sensitive to mold so now I have a migraine & some pillows that I don't even want in my home. I've never been so disappointed with anything I've purchased here.

I bought 4 of these, 2 to add into our master bedroom, and 2 to add to the guest room in case they wanted extra pillows. They appear very soft and comfortable and our family members who spend a weekend with us and used them said that they were great. However, we have been using them in our master bedroom as well and have noticed that while they were originally fluffy and comfortable, they have become MUCH more flat VERY quickly. Overall, I'd say these are a valid option for a rarely used guest room, but not something I'd recommend for every day use.
