I have bought the Member's Mark 2-Pack Hotel Premier Collection Down Alternative Bed Pillows (king) for two years in a row. After normal usage, for only a few months, the end stitching on one pillow (each year) came undone exposing the internal "down alternative" stuffing. Therefore, in my experience, the sewn quality is not what it should be. Otherwise, the pillows are fine. The stuffing irreversibly compresses with usage, which is why I replaced these pillows annually. I will not be buying these pillows again.

I’ve purchased these multiple times for my vacation rentals, and the quality has been inconsistent. Some arrive well-filled and perfectly fine, while others show up noticeably under-stuffed. There seems to be some variability in quality control. That said, for a budget basic pillow, the price is hard to beat. Just don’t expect much loft or plush comfort. If you’re looking for something fluffy and supportive, you may want to consider other options. I finally stopped purchasing.

These pillows are pretty firm. Almost hurt my neck to sleep on. I am using them as a pillow sham pillow because they are so firm.
