Bought them two weeks ago. Not my first set of pillows and have been spending all kinds of money lately on various brands trying to find just one pillow that doesn't flatten out within a couple of weeks. Frustrating. With these, the price was great and low enough to give them a shot. Started out great and most of the pillow still maintains some loft...except right where you need it. In other words, right in the middle along the edge where you'd lay your shoulder/head/neck into...starting to loosen up and depress...which means not long til flat in the middle. I keep flipping the pillow but it's happening on both sides. Decent as a pillow placed under another, softer pillow maybe. But, if you're looking for long-lasting support or use as a primary pillow, get something else.

They were comfortable a couple of weeks then they went flat. Putting them both together makes a decent pillow. I have a lot of allergies to what is in the pillow stuffings but have not had one problem with these. Haven't woken up stopped up and no sneezing.

This is the 4th set of pillows that I've bought. Some were too firm, some too soft. But these are JUST RIGHT! They support my head while sleeping, don't bunch up, but are soft enough to feel luxurious. You can tell they are quality. These are a keeper!

I waited at least a month before posting a review for these pillows. They were so cheap I was skeptical their “fluff” would hold up. I hate spending money on pillows because they almost never hold up. So far, these have. After my husband staying in bed, sick for 3 days, sleeping on them, and sitting up with these pillows, they have maintained their “fluffiness”. I am pleasantly pleased. In fact, I just ordered two more.

I bought two sets: one for my son and one for myself: mine to fill the shams that came with a comforter set, and as a gift for my son who always buys, destroys, and throws away cheap pillows. The gussets and mid-firmness is perfect for the shams and they prop up on the bed without collapsing/flattening, and with the zippered pillow protectors I bought elsewhere, these should last my son for awhile.

I bought these Hotel Premier collection pillows at Sam's Club by chance 10 years ago I couldn't find them again until recently when I needed them most and I found them once again at Sam's Club are the best pillows I've used ever by far I can't say enough of how much better I've been sleeping since getting them. I highly recommend to everyone, they give great support and are great quality..

I purchased these because I like the “hotel brand” I am on the disappointed side. They are very full, not much “melt into your pillow and pass out” at all, found them very uncomfortable to sleep on with my head on them, however they work well as a “body pillow” for side sleeping with a bad back; In my opinion.

Bought these pillows for years, but this just recent version has changed. They are no longer semi-firm and now are just fluff. The old ones used to wear in nicely but these are just fluff that fades after a few nights. This is the second Members Mark item that has recently changed and is of lesser quality. Between this change, and the recent chicken change I am debating whether I need to continue my membership as things seem to be going downhill.

Stayed at our kids home to watch our granddaughter and literally fell in love with these pillows. I immediately contacted our kids to see where they bought these gems. I have neck issues from being rear-ended in car accidents and have tried many pillows… I’ve finally found the perfect pillow! These pillows are soft and yet very supportive, I fell asleep in seconds with these pillows! My only complaint is you won’t ship these to our home on Maui, Hawaii. We don’t have a Sam’s Club on Maui, and although there are two stores on Oahu, Hawaii you wouldn’t ship these to us on Maui… so we shipped them to our daughters home in California and will bring them home on a visit in December.

These pillows are surprisingly soft and comfortable and very well-made. I only gave them four stars because of my experience with this type of pillow. While they are nice, full and fluffy now, they always seem to flatten in a few months. Still, right now, they are very nice pillows.
