Husband needs new pillows all the time. They always go flat or lumpy. I use goose down pillows which lasted me over ten years and still going. He doesn’t like my type of pillows. Says give him allergies and not enough support for his shoulders. These were a good deal compared to the “C” warehouse store. We have bought many from that warehouse store and they never last! These have a 500 count cotton cover, with embroidery pillow name on them and has worked for him so far. They have good support. Don’t know how long they will last. Have used them only for a few weeks. I even tried one out, but too high for me. Would make my neck ache. Good pillows for people that need more height in their pillows. Delivery came fast too. Good job Sam’s Club!

I own & operate a Short Term Rental Property listed on 3 platforms. I recently upgraded my unit adding sleeping options & needed king sized pillows. I'm frugal, but have to provide excellent quality products for my guests. I research a lot before purchasing anything & these pillows were the best choice for my budget & quality requirement. I gave it 4 stars because all of my current pillows are bamboo & have a washable, zippered pillow protector that is removed after each guest use for easy cleaning. I had to purchase separate pillow protectors which caused the purchase to not be as frugal as I wanted. As my pillows need to be replaced, I will purchase these pillows in standard sizes & simply use my current washable, zippered bamboo covers. Thank you for providing quality products at an affordable price all business owners can enjoy.

We bought these not quite a month ago and are very, very pleased with them. They are not too hard or too soft and so far have held up their shape compared to the Serta pillows we bought previously. We are extremely satisfied with he Hotel Premier Collection pillows and we just ordered 4 more for our spare guest rooms.

I bought them around the first of the month and used them the very same night they came. They are the best pillows I had in years. I slept like a baby. I just hope they don’t get flat too quickly.I like a lot of pillows on my bed so I bought four of them and so far I am enjoying them.

Pros - very well made and thick. Cons - after the first night, I woke up with a sore neck because it is too thick for my needs. I used them as a back prop when sitting up in bed. It looks good on the made up bed when placed behind the decor pillows, which is why I decided to keep them.

I purchased these because I like the “hotel brand” I am on the disappointed side. They are very full, not much “melt into your pillow and pass out” at all, found them very uncomfortable to sleep on with my head on them, however they work well as a “body pillow” for side sleeping with a bad back; In my opinion.

These pillows were long overdue for us. While my husband and I were aware that Sam's Club sold pillows, we had no idea just how great they were until we traveled to Pigeon Forge, TN. The cabin we stayed at had these. Let's just say we purchased some for ever bedroom in our house; king- and queen-sized, respectively.

Medium firm and super comfy. I have spent hundreds of dollars to fund a good pillow and even when found, they dont last long so I thought id try a super cheap pillow thinking it can't be any worse than the pillow I spent $80 on. Well, it has been wonderfully supportive in all sleeping positions and im thrilled by the price! Cant rave about it enough!

I buy the queen size pillows all the time and love them. They are the perfect firmness and cuddle your head when you sleep, either on your back or side. Bought a King Size bedspread that came with king pillowcases, so I bought king pillows this time. Because the pillows are long, if you lay your head in the middle, the sides come up, bending the pillow like a banana. If you are a stomach sleeper or put your arm under the pillow, this is the pillow for you!!! The pillows are very good quality. Not too soft, nor hard. I tried washing them before, it is better to just buy new ones. If throwing them out bothers you, you can always ‘recycle’ the fluff by using it to restuff the dog toys when Fido pulls the stuffing out.

I tried these pillows several years ago when it was just "Hotel Collection" -- back then, the pillows came with a gusseted, zipper quilted-fabric cover. The current "Hotel Premier Collection" pillows do not come with a zippered cover. The pillows are still gusseted. I'm writing this review before I've actually slept on the new pillows, but letting you know you might want to double-cover these ones -- or launder your old zippered covers and use them on the new pillows.
