Very poofy when removed from plastic casing. Nice fabric on covers. No irregularities in stitching. No off-putting smell. HOWEVER, they developed big Dips in the middle within 2 weeks. Even pillows costing far less haven't done that.

Not the same quality- We have purchased these pillows multiple times over the past 20 years for our king size bed. The quality of materials, firmness of the pillows, and tearfulness provided has significantly decreased. We are very disappointed.

Nice quality; but pillows take alot of breaking in to desired comfort level. Seems very hard and too high. Definitely a Side Sleeper Pillow. Being a 2-pack deal makes this a very good buy.

These pillows are so great. I suffer from vertigo in my neck and this has almost made my dizziness disappear. We have had them for over a month and they have retained their shape and firmness

These are the best bang for your buck and some of the best pillows I have ever had. I am all about comfort and these pillows are it! I recommend them to everyone I know is looking for new pillows.

Bought these pillows before and really liked them so bought the same pillow again, their not too soft and not firm, just right for my husband and I, when I lay my head down at night I don't think about waking up with a stiff or sore neck because of my bed pillow. These are really great pillows for the price, another great Member's Mark Product!

I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy that I made this purchase! We went on vacation and the condo had these pillows. I immediately ordered them and had them shipped home and they arrived before we got there. I’m a side and back sleeper and I LOVE them. We’ve bought every pillow we could and these by far are the best!

Husband needs new pillows all the time. They always go flat or lumpy. I use goose down pillows which lasted me over ten years and still going. He doesn’t like my type of pillows. Says give him allergies and not enough support for his shoulders. These were a good deal compared to the “C” warehouse store. We have bought many from that warehouse store and they never last! These have a 500 count cotton cover, with embroidery pillow name on them and has worked for him so far. They have good support. Don’t know how long they will last. Have used them only for a few weeks. I even tried one out, but too high for me. Would make my neck ache. Good pillows for people that need more height in their pillows. Delivery came fast too. Good job Sam’s Club!

This pillow is the perfect combination of soft and yet firm. And I prefer pillows on the firmer side. I am a back and side sleeper and it works great in both positions. I have tried many pillows. Expensive ones and not so expensive ones. Some are better and some are just not good. I find that these pillows are the best I have used. Also, the price is great!
