I bought these pillows and within 2 months of using them one completely ripped open along the side seam. I have never had a pillow do that before. They are also changing shape already and not as comfortable. Will not be repurchasing.

Absolutely love these pillows they are definitely hotel quality they have just the right amount of firmness combined with softness. They hold their shape very well and the price is amazing

I’ve never been so disappointed with pillows before. They seemed good the first 2 or 3 nights but then after that they flattened! I usually can get a few months before I have to purchase new pillows. Would not buy again!

They are nothing like a hotel pillow! They're soft, but about 1/4 what a hotel pillow is. After a week it's flat as can be and won't puff back up. I'm really disappointed.

I bought the king size pillows for my husband twice. He has been only using these pillows very day for several years. They are very comfortable. Great pillows

Within a month of using these pillows, they were flat. It's now been about 4 or 5 months since this purchase and both my husband and I are having neck trouble. Shouldn't have to replace pillows after only 4-5 months!

Seemed great at first. If you are a pillow folder like I am don't purchase. I've had these less than 6 months and you can't unfold them. They twist up and it's impossible to untwist them. Wish I could return them.

Don't confuse these with Sam's "Hotel Luxury Reserve Collection" pillows which they no longer carry. We loved those. These are much too soft for our taste.

Bought 8 of these pillows. 6 ruptured at the seam within a week of normal use. If you're ok with using a pillowcase for fluff containment then these are for you.

I have purchased these pillows (and recommended others to them) for years. The price has gone up and quality has gone down. They provide zero support and I am now buying more expensive pillows to replace them.
