Title says it all. I have even encouraged shoppers making a choice of pillows while at the Club to select these. Someone posted that the picture is not what the pillows really look like. Untrue. Exactly the same.

I bought these pillows based on the reviews i read. The first night they were ok. After a week they are very flat. These are not firm, very plush. Ok for a throw pillow for the bed but both to sleep on.

I bought this about a month ago and it is already flatting and offers absolutely NO support. The only thing that it's good for is stuffing shams.... Will be returning TODAY!!!!

Stayed at our kids home to watch our granddaughter and literally fell in love with these pillows. I immediately contacted our kids to see where they bought these gems. I have neck issues from being rear-ended in car accidents and have tried many pillows… I’ve finally found the perfect pillow! These pillows are soft and yet very supportive, I fell asleep in seconds with these pillows! My only complaint is you won’t ship these to our home on Maui, Hawaii. We don’t have a Sam’s Club on Maui, and although there are two stores on Oahu, Hawaii you wouldn’t ship these to us on Maui… so we shipped them to our daughters home in California and will bring them home on a visit in December.

I purchased this pillow brand initially at the Sams Club in Panama City Beach, FL for our home in FL and I was so happy with the pillows I decided to purchase four for our home in VA. When I ordered online from a Sams Club in VA, i had a choice of three different types of pillows. When I purchased in the Sams Club store I was able to see and feel the product. I chose the Hotel Premier Collection since it was what I purchased previously and I was satisfied with the product. When I received the pillows I noticed a difference in the quality. They were lighter and harder to shake into the pillow case, and they did not keep their form as well. One week after using one of the pillows I noticed a rip in the seam along the edge of the pillow. I am not sure if the quality decreased or I purchased a different type of pillow than previously. I initially ordered too many. The pillows come in pairs. Sams customer service was very helpful. They allowed me to keep the extra pillows instead of returning them, and issued me a return. Sams has great customer service!

When I was at the store ,I was swarching for a firm pillow. There was 2 pillows there but was not packaged in plastic. I decided to go online and purchase the pillows. After i received them in a couple days, they are not as firm as the ones at the store. Now i have to go buy new pillows again. Its a great buy if you like a soft pillow and the quality of yhe pillow is exceptional. To soft for my taste.

These were for my extra pillows to rest on when sitting up. They are slightly more firm than I want when I have another pillow on top to prop my head up to watch tv when laying down but by itself they are not thick enough to give back support and need a firmer pillow behind these for sitting up. Overall okay for the price but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t use it to sleep on every night. But I use Essentia pillows so hard to beat their quality and comfort.

These pillows were long overdue for us. While my husband and I were aware that Sam's Club sold pillows, we had no idea just how great they were until we traveled to Pigeon Forge, TN. The cabin we stayed at had these. Let's just say we purchased some for ever bedroom in our house; king- and queen-sized, respectively.

I bought these pillows after I stayed at an Air BnB where the pillows were so comfortable, I had to look to see what brand they were. Thinking they would be some expensive brand, I was surprised when I saw they were Members Mark. Since I am a Sams member, I immediately went online while still on vacation and ordered the pillows. They arrived right after I returned home, and I am loving them!

I bought these Hotel Premier collection pillows at Sam's Club by chance 10 years ago I couldn't find them again until recently when I needed them most and I found them once again at Sam's Club are the best pillows I've used ever by far I can't say enough of how much better I've been sleeping since getting them. I highly recommend to everyone, they give great support and are great quality..
