The drink itself tastes absolutely amazing for a diet drink, and no calories at all!! Honestly tastes just as good as non diet. However, the bottles are so hard to open!! I would give 5 stars if it were not for this extreme inconvenience. My hands are raw from attempting to open a bottle today, my mom and my sister both tried as well. With teeth, left hand, both hands, rags, grips, NOTHING worked. We literally had to get pliers to open the bottle. Some of the other bottles were easier but most gave us a struggle. Please fix.

I started buying this tea when my husband and I wanted to get off Coke products due to my husbands onset of diabetes. We both fell in love with the tea itself, but we HATE, HATE, HATE the bottle tops. This is the hardest thing to open and we can only do it at home with a pair of pliers. I wanted to take this tea to work with me, but had to bring it back home because I couldn't open it and there wasn't anyone else around who was able to open it for me. It is ridiculous to have a product that is so difficult to open. I have quit buying the tea and started making my own green tea at home to carry with me. I would love to start buying the Lipton tea again if they just made the bottle caps where you could open them.

Always drank soda and regular tea , till tried the diet green tea citrus and mixed berry . Found out at 45 had high blood pressure and started drinking this , lost 30 lbs in three months just from getting off the soda. Also sleep and focus better. Kids say I’m looking more like I did 15 yrs ago. Amazing drink.

This is my favorite Ice Tea. I always buy the 12 pack of Diet Mixed Berry Green Tea. Beginning this August it is no longer available at Giant Food Stores!!! The ID tag is not even on the shelf anymore. And I can't find it at Wal Mart or any other stores in Central Penna. Did Lipton quit making this Tea???

I love lipton diet mixed berry green tea. I'm from oklahoma and it's hard to find. I've had gastric sleeve surgery and the diet mixed berry doesn't bother my stomach like the diet citrus green tea. Thanks lipton for the great tasting diet mixed berry green tea. :)

This tastes so good. I definitely highly recommend getting. Its nicely sealed and tastes like CHRISTMAS lol! dont knock it until you try it. Its now my favorite. It definitely met my expectations. I would definitely buy again. I am thinking about buying more tomorrow.

I have mild arthritis in my hand, and like many, had a hard time opening the bottle without a gripper. But there's actually an easy trick to opening them. First TIGHTEN, then OPEN. Recap: TIGHT RIGHT, LEFT LOOSE. No gripper. That said, I'm having a difficult finding this anywhere in Indianapolis the last few months. Don't know what is going on, but I hope it's resolved soon. I'm being very careful with my last 6 bottles. The Diet Citrus is good, but not as good as the Mixed Berry, so please, Lipton, either make some more, or Stores - STOCK UP!!

I've loved your Diet Citrus Green tea in the bottles. So I decided to try the mixed berries. What a total let down! I opened one and tried it. The only thing that came to mind is this is what body odor must taste like! I asked my husband to try it, he could not get past the smell. It smells like gym socks was his response. I don't know if this was a bad batch, or what. But I am going to have to pour it out. I just don't want to open the bottles to do that.

I love the diet green tea. However, I need tools to get the caps off! I am not a weak person and have a good grip. The caps seem like they are cemented on and won't budge. This morning I used scissors to separate the ring from the cap and still the cap wouldn't come off. I then used the scissors to pry up the bottom edge of the cap and finally got the cap to come off. This all took about 5 minutes just to get the cap off! Do you have any suggestions on how to get the caps off?

I love many different kinds of Lipton Iced tea, but diet green mixed berry is my favorite. The smooth flavor is so wonderful whether on a hot summer day, or a cool fall evening. It has the added health benefit that green tea provides with no sugar. There is nothing better!
