You put  me on  hold  for  over  an  hour.  You  sent me a defective  product  that  was used  by another person. I don't  think  I want  to deal  with  people  like  you.

I'm A Female And Do All My Yard Work ,From Cutting the Grass To Edging and Trimming The Yard Alone With Cutting And Edging the trees to keep my yard looking good and . I took the chance with this option and was the best yet to use with great balance,the length and shrubs,and the charging and battery time of use for a trees that I had let get half of my size and I thought would take longer .
