The trimmer works very well. Powerful enough for my needs. My main disappointment is that I bought a Worx 20 volt trimmer previously and thought that the batteries would be interchangeable. Not so this tool is 20 volt but uses a different battery and charger. Other brands use batteries that are interchangeable with all the tools of the same voltage.

I bought this to replace a Black&Decker clipper whose battery had seen better days. Worx did an excellent job designing this unit. It clips easily because both sets of blades move. The battery life is longer than expected. It is very light, which makes it very easy to manicure round bushes.

Purchased a new home with extremely overgrown bushes. Bought this hoping to at least trim some of it back. Was pleasantly surprised how it not only trimmed the edges but the thick overgrown portions as well. It exceeded my expectations even compared to my other worx tools I already own. Only issue is that the battery should automatically be included not as an add on

This hedge trimmer is perfect for my needs. I needed a lightweight tool that was easy to use with my arthritic hands. After searching, I decided on the WORX. I have used the trimmer and I am more than pleased with its performance and the ease of using it.

Hope the batteries last like the ones on my blower which are the 32v I bought around 5 years ago. The batteries made these days won't fit my blower and need new ones or I will have to purchase a new blower or win one which would be great. That's Worx for your dependable products.
