These are really good roasted but I love to butterfly them out and cut in half for Schnitzel, I just made some tonight too. Need to purchase a case of these, I am out now.

Lots good meat

This is a really good buy at an unbeatable price. My family prefer pork tenderloin over pork loin, and way more affordable than beef tenderloin. We usually eat ours rubbed in spice and grilled to medium, sometimes sliced and pan fried.

Any good cook knows you trim off the small piece of silverskin before you cook it. These tenderloins are amazingly good. Especially delicious seared in a cast iron skillet and then baked.

I love that i can buy by the case.
